Because of its cheap materials, simple process, mature technology, low self-discharge, and maintenance-free features, it will still occupy the mainstream market in the next few decades.
The technological advancement of lead-acid batteries in many application fields has made a real contribution to enhancing national competitiveness. This article briefly introduces the use of calcium aluminum alloy in lead-acid batteries. A multi-element alloy is used to make lead-acid battery plate grids. The calcium alloy has high hydrogen potential and corrosion resistance. It is used to make lead-acid battery plates and can strengthen the negative electrode to the battery. The recombination efficiency of internal oxygen strengthens the application of positive electrodes in deep discharge solar panels.
